Traffic Escape — Terms of Use / Kullanım Koşulları

English

By downloading, installing, or playing Traffic Escape (“the game”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you obtained the game from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

1. License Grant

Indra Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play Traffic Escape on devices you own or control. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, resell, or distribute the game, and not to use bots, automation scripts, or cheats.

2. Virtual Items & Purchases

In-game currency (coins), boosters (Undo, Hint, Tow Truck), tries (hearts), and unlocked vehicles are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game. Purchases of consumable items are final once delivered. Non-consumable purchases (such as “Remove Ads”) can be restored at any time via the Restore Purchases button inside the game shop.

3. Advertising

The free version displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. The “Remove Ads” purchase disables banner and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded video ads remain available for players who choose to watch them for bonus rewards.

4. Disclaimer & Liability

The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indra Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game.
